Strength for Wellbeing

Wellbeing Training is individualized strength-based coaching for people who want to stay capable, resilient, and independent - while reducing or preventing joint pain such as knee, hip, shoulder, or back discomfort.

The focus is on building and maintaining strength, joint capacity, balance, and movement confidence through progressive, evidence-informed training. By improving how your body moves and tolerates load, we reduce unnecessary strain on sensitive areas and create lasting improvements instead of temporary relief. Sessions are adapted to your current abilities, health history, and preferred environment - whether that’s a gym, your home, or outdoors.

Exercise programs including strength training reduced falls by 23% in older adults.
