Recovery Sessions
Recovery Sessions are targeted sessions designed to reduce pain, improve movement quality, and support your long-term training.
They combine active recovery strategies with selective manual techniques to help you move better, train more consistently, and regain confidence in your body.
“combining active recovery strategies with selective manual techniques”
What these sessions focus on
1
Reducing pain and excessive tension that limit movement
Improving joint range of motion and movement control
Preparing the body to train again - safely and effectively
Supporting return to activity after periods of pain or overload
My approach to your recovery
2
Recovery sessions include:
Guided mobility and active movement work
Breathing and nervous-system downregulation where appropriate
Selective manual therapy, including light soft-tissue work and trigger point techniques
Manual techniques are used sparingly and intentionally - only when they help restore movement or reduce barriers to training.
There are no passive routines and no dependency on treatment.
Who this is for
3
People dealing with persistent tension or recurring pain
Individuals returning to training after injury or long breaks
Active adults who want to move better in their respective sport
